The Caliphate of 'Uthman ibn 'Affân – Ibn Kathir (may Allah be pleased with him) is the third part of the series of “Rightly Guided Caliphs”. The very famous encyclopedia titled “al-bidaya wan-nihaya” (from beginning to end). Which, as its title suggests, traces the story of creation from its beginning to the end of time. This book is taken from this encyclopedia. Its authentic sources and its scientific rigor make it a work of reference and has acquired unanimity within the community. It must be said that its author, the hafidh Ibn Kathir, may Allah have mercy on him, is no longer to be presented. It is from this same encyclopedia that the stories of the Prophets or the Sira of the Messenger (sAws) are extracted.
